Inside this window our booking module will open up and let you chose the dates for arrival and departure, the number of persons, the packages you can choose from (depending on the date of booking and the length of stay) and the available room categories. For "normal" bookings, a cancellation free of charge is possible until 2 days before arrival and the credit card will not be debited directly. You can pay upon departure either cash or with your Visa- or Mastercard. For later cancellation or no-show the full amount is due. 

Fully Flexible: If you choose our Fully Flexible rate, you are only charged for the nights you are really staying with us! No cancellation fees are applicable if you cancel or amend your booking anytime. We will hold your booking until 14h00 on the arrival day, if you arrive later, please let us know.

Longstay: For stays of at least 3 nights in a row you will get a special discount.

SUPERSAVER: If you choose our SuperSaver rate, you safe lots of money. For this reservation the rate does not include the breakfast buffet and the credit card will be debited with the full reservation amount directly upon reservation. This prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation of the SuperSaver special.

Early arrival: We always try to have your room available whenever you arrive, so that you do not need to wait until 14h00 for the official check-in time. If you want to make 100% sure to have the room available for early arrival, you are very welcome to book it from the night before, we will only charge a single room rate and you have the breakfast free of charge, even if you book for two or three persons. In any case you are welcome to store your luggage with us free of charge.

If it indicates that there is no available room, or if there is any other problem, please just send us an email so that we can get back to you. Sometimes there are block bookings that are not yet guaranteed, so we can check this for you and might have a room available.
